Our mission has always been to make physical and mental wellness accessible to everyone. The challenges of the past few years have only reinforced how vital a dedicated space for movement, breath, and peace can be. Opening a second location allows us to serve more of the New York community, making it easier for you to attend classes closer to your home or work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
